Free Float calculation in P6

 I'm working on a milestone schedule to submit with a bid.  Currently I have a completion milestone (finish milestone) that is constrained with a Finish on Date.  This milestone is the predecessor with a finish to finish relationship tied to a receive on site date also a finish milestone which is constained the same way as previously discussed.  The Completion milestone is on a 5 day calendar and the Reveceived Milestone is on a 7 day calendar.  The free float is being calculated on 5 days and shows 84 days.  Looking at a calendar there are 118 day between the
