word Search in world not working correctly

we are on A73 sp23, and the word search in sales order is not working correctly. When user uses the  F4, and enter the alpha search system retrieves all the occurance for the search name, but when users want to narrow the search futher to search by city (carrier calgary), and uses the f18 query, the system does not retrive all the occurances. On a nightly bases we are running, R01BDWRD (Word Search build), and the report that is produced does not show anything. Can anyone advise, as to what the issue could be?
