Importing Quote Thru Email

 Hi,
We get supplier quote directly thru email, but is very tedious to enter all the details for each supplier for our clerk,

Is there anyway where we can directly import that quote from supplier to purchasing to eliminate the process of data entry

Any thoughts suggestion on how can this be achived.
