EOM shows stale streams data?

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) Question
I recently upgraded to 11g from 10g.  The EOM has a nice feature where it shows current and spilled transactions for the streams apply.  The problem is the transactions it's showing never change and are weeks old.  Is this a bug or this something required to get EOM to refresh this data?
