Call jsp or html on Oracle Apps server

 Hi
  Could anyone please let me know how do we call html or jsp from the Oracle application server and run it from our form using the link, I also wanted to know how we can create a link for this jsp kept in our oracle apps server (Linux).


I would really appreciate your help.
