Q(vtcs):Recover damaged VTV from vaulted MVC

Hi, I have a customer who every would exported VTVs created that day by using EXPORT by VTV.
Then ejected mvcs out of silo and moved to dr site.One VTV copy will be left inside library.
My question is: if the copy inside silo is damaged, how can I use the mvcs in dr site to recover?
I think I should:
get mvc(s) and manifest files associated with the mvc from dr site
put it into library
run import VTV(vtvid) replace(all) immdrain(no) manifest(dd1) -dd1 point to manifest file
eject mvcs from library
move mvcs to dr site
