ORA-16038 ORA-19504 ORA-00312 from database...

Hi!
What do I do with this?

The ADDM data is already purged for that period.

ORA-16038: log 1 sequence# 795845 cannot be archivedORA-19504: failed to create file ""ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: '+DATA/ngdala/onlinelog/group_1.496.718299907'

So, Oracle could not create the file and therefore it could not archive some data. Or have I missed something?

Any ideas of WHAT could have caused it?
