P6v7 Oracle Login License Glitch Update

 Oracle updated our P6v7 over the weekend with a 'bad' parameter in the re-check for valid login license subroutine.  It was set to 7 days.  It should be in the small minutes range.  Worst part is they never notified anyone of the update.
