An employee has dependents entered in E1.  The employee is enrolled in Benefit Plans using Enrollment with Eligibility.  One record is created in Dependents/Beneficiary by Employee even though the dependent is enrolled in several plans.  The record does not add in the Benefit Plan.

My client has never used dependents.  Do they have to go in and manually attach all dependents to the benefit plan the employee is enrolled in?
