RMAN Migrating to new server

Hi All:

I will be migrating our servers from Windows 2003 Oracle 10gr2 to Windows 2008 Windows 11gR2 and am wondering what I must do concerning RMAN. I plan to export from the 10g to the 11g database and both the target server and the rman catalog databases are being moved. The database names are staying the same. Are there any considerations that I must make in moving these or do I need to make a fresh install of RMAN or Re-register the database with the catalog? Any suggestions to make this move easier are appreciated. Thanks.
