Shipment - Resequence Stops

I've found a Contact Notification in OTM entitled "Shipment - Resequence Stops".  If I'm logged in as a planner and I attempt to enter delivery appointments out of sequence on a multistop shipment, this contact notification fires a notification to me.

What I would like to happen, IF I'M LOGGED IN AS A SERVICE PROVIDER, and if I attempt to make delivery appointments out of stop sequence, is for a notification to then be sent to the Logistics Involved Party (planner).

Any ideas on how to get this notification to fire when a SERVICE PROVIDER performs these steps?
