Dock Door Scheduling Functionality
We have successfully configured the functionality, applied calendars, and the hours where dock doors are unavailable are successfully "blocked".
When logged in as a service provider, a servprov user can move an existing appointment to a blocked timeslot. Is this functioning as designed? Seems to me that if a timeslot is blocked, via a calendar or other means, then it shouldn't be usable.
Is there any way to prevent a servprov from using a blocked timeslot?
