Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. This is a discussion we had via e-mail and I think it is useful to post it here for other people to see.

"We recently installed the Applications patches related to the JULY 2010 critical patch updates (security patches) and find that it apparently breaks the LOVs in the various tests. For example, we get no values when searching for a responsibility id to run the RDA inside any of the applications."

The behavior of the LOVs for diagnostics changed after Jul-2010 CPU. Before the LOV returned data even by using the "%" and then executing the search. Now you need to open the LOV first (click on the flashlight), and then enter a complete or partial value in the filter field. The "%" is not needed.
