Moving mass addition line to POST queue gives a warning in Release 12.1.2

 Updated mass addition line with category, expense and location information and moved it to POST queue. 

  System flashes warning message - "Maximum size for segment Project is x.  Truncating value from x to y."

  Metalink ID 845060.1 talks about this warning and suggests reviewing the segment value to check to see if the seperator character  is embedded in there and to change the segment seperator in the key flexfield setup to a different character.

  In the case here, the special character does not exist in the value and changing the seperator character does not make a difference. 

  Has anyone encountered this and do you know of a more comprehensive solution ?
