Archives destination in rac

 Hi,

(1)I would like to know what is the best way to configure archive destination in rac.It would locally for each rac instance or archive destination will be shared.If it will be shared then how we will recover in rac 4 node environment?

(2)If one instance is down because of some corruption in that case what would be the method to recover the instace/database.

(3) If I want to recover a table in Rac database till 8 am same day at 12 pm in this case what would happen for the archive which has been generated between 8am to 12 pm.

I would appreciate if anyone can clearify my doubts.
