Problem installing Siebel SIA 8.1.1 while trying to get the Siebel components running.

I’ve setup a Linux SIA Siebel 8.1.1 [in an oracle virtual  Vbox running on windows XP something similar to VMware ]. All is installed save for the final section to setup the SWSE but I’m having problems with the Siebel server components.

 

I’m using the sample database [Oracle 11g schema] supplied with the SEA version [installed and running on my  Windows XP box] as there is no sample DB supplied with the SIA version. Well none that I can find.

 

On this implementation in several of the component logs in the $SIEBEL_HOME/siebsrvr/enterprises/enterprise1/nclancy_lap/log I have a message similar to this one for the ADM Batch process.
