P6v7 - Frequency of Usage of Reflection file for Daily Changes

 Is everyone using reflection files for working changes ?  
Are there reasons NOT to use reflection files for working changes, to be merged into the approved schedules ? This is in a two scheduler environment. 

Or are you still creating copy fragnets.  

Two disadvantages to me are 1) remembering to update the data date, 2) remembering to delete activities again in the merged file.
