Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I am trying to modify a service from Failover method BASIC to PRECONNECT , however i am ending with some errors.Can anyone help in this regard.

bash-3.00$ srvctl modify service -s rac_taf -d racdb -P PRECONNECT -m BASIC -e SELECT
PRKO-3125 : Invalid value PRECONNECT for command line option P
