ASAP Design Studio cannot deploy ASDL parameters to database.

I deploy cartridge by Design Studio but table TBL_ASDL_PARM stay empty. I connect to ASAP environment from Design Studio, press Deploy, see successfully message.
But I dont see my ASDL parameters in table TBL_ASDL_PARM.
It is strange bug. I have to execute SSP_new_asdl_parm manually.
