After 12i upgrade in Customers Search none of our customer that has Customer Type of "Person" comes
We have upgraded from release 11i(11.5.10.2) to 12i(12.1.1). Now when we serach on the
Receivable search screen for our customers that have Customer Type of "Person" nothing comes up.
If we change the Customer Type to "Organization" our customer with this type displays on the screen.
Does anbody experince this behavior?
Is this relates to TCA?
Are we missing something in our Reacivables application setup?
Are we missing or need to setup something in our Profiles?
Is there a patch that address this issue?
Have we missed something during upgrade process?
Any assistance on this greatly appreciated.
