Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Credit Hold on Customer

Hi,

I would like to set credit hold on customer. Scenario is to hold sales order if it MORE then amount setup on Credit hold.

Ex. If we have credit hold of 40,000 then user should not able to process order more then 40,000.

I have try few of setup but not able to restric on Amount.

Could someone help on this?
