Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Adding attachment to journal entry header requires second logon

I have two users who, when attempting to add a file attachment to a JE header, are required to logon to apps again.

All PCs in the department are on the same versions of Windows, desktop apps and JRE.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem and , if so, how was it resolved?
