The sequence of a Feature's options In the Model Structure is not the same as in a Design Chart Prim

in Configurator - EBS (MOSC) Question
After Oracle Upgrade from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10, we noticed some Design Charts in which the primary or secondary feature's options are not displayed in the Design Chart in the same sequence in which they are displayed in the Model Structure.  This isn't a show stopper, but I don't understand why it's happening, and it would be better if it did not happen. 

Anyone know why this is happening?
