How to perform On-Hand Quantity Transfer for an Item from Revision A to non A

Hi,
How to perform On-Hand Quantity Transfer for an Item ITEM-ABC from Revision A to non A. For example item ITEM-ABC has 10 quantity which has Revision A in the Subinventory FG and we would like to transfer the On-hand quantity to item ITEM-ABC which has no revision.
