Intermittent problem viewing FSG report output in excel format from Report manager/ report repositor

Hi,

After publishing FSG reports to report repository, when we try to view the output in excel format, the excel workbook opens - but data is not always displayed. This is an intermittent problem and there is no difference in user actions. The excel sheet shows full output sometimes, and sometimes just a blank sheet with just colours/formatting is displayed (no data). No errors are raised. Users have to try a few times to see the output. Please note that the report need not be published again - users have to keep trying to view the output in excel format until
