Sales not updating the Item Ledger p4111

 Hi

When we are doing the sales in the secondary UOM its not updating the P4111 but its effecting in Sales Ledger and not deducting stock in p4111. We have raised the SR with Oracle but for every SR they ask or the LOGS. So any help will be very helpful.
