Discrete Job Value Report - all closed jobs with +/- 15% variance only

 Hi, newbie here and looking to find a report out of EBS similar to the Discrete Job Value report displayes only jobs, routings, boms where the variance is outside say +/- 15% variance.

Goal is to review only those variances that are extreme, by routing sequence, bom, job.

Is there such a report within EBS, or would we be looking at a custom report?
