It is possible to perform upgrade having two customized Siebel repositories in one Siebel Database?

 Hello,
Our customer has two customized Siebel repositories, in one Siebel Database. We are planning an upgrade from 7.5.3 to a newer version, and wanna now if we can run the upgrade to Siebel 7.8 or Siebel 8. We need to upgrade both repositories.
