How to prevent discount for all cycle charges?

 Hi , I have a bundle , in that bundle I have "/service/ADSL" service and "/service/Mobile" service.
The bundle contains one or more cycle  forward products.
I want discount to apply for only one service type cycle forward events but not for other type service cycle forward events.

ex: for account A. I want discount to be applied for /service/ADSL cycle forward events
for account B, I want discount to be applied for /service/Mobile cycle forward events

I configured PRE discount with 50%.

the question is how do I avoid discounting for other service type?
