R12.1.1 Installation on Windows 2003 Standard Ed (32bit)

I am installing oracle E-business Suite 12.1.1 on Windows 2003 SP1 32-bit env and getting this error, when the installation runs post install scripts. I have followed every step in Oracle installation Guide (121oaig.pdf) and from this post (http://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=484238). Please let me know how to resolve this problem as soon as possible. I ran the AutoConfig command (completed successfully by using username/password apps/apps) as well and try to stop and restart all the oracle services from Windows services console, but nothing is working out for me to remove these errors from post install script. I am using cygwin and VC Studio 2005.
