Post Mass External Transfer - no LOV available

 Hi-

We have just started testing the functionality of Mass External Transfers.  After uploading our test file, we're trying to run the 'Post Mass External Transfer' process.  

However, only the Batch name we'd used is available for selection in the Parameters Window.  No LOV is available for the Book Parameter, and we're unable to type in the Book name.  The Book_TYPE_CODE was populated on our upload file.

I was wondering if this was a setup issue?
