"Inspection Failed"

 Hi All

We are on Oracle 12.06 WMS, we do receiving via mobile device in a lpn controlled environment. After receiving we also do inspection via mobile device.

Inbound- Inspection

Sometimes while doing LPN inspection you will receive "Inspection Failed" message. To overcome this we normally return goods, via application , receive again on the same LPN, and do inspection on the same LPN. Then the transaction will be successfull.

Does anyone know why this happens, and is there a solution for this. Any suggestions will be welcome.
