Is there any other way to run eligibility rules in a specific Siebel Order and gets back the eligibi

Hello All,

My customer was hoping to receive an alert when carrying out BatchValidate to check the Eligibility and Compatability Rules. Batch Validate will return a Valid response even if there is a violation of the E&C rules and this is the expected behaviour as the E&C rules are soft and they can be broken without meaning that the order is not valid. 

Customer would now like to know:

Is there any other way to run eligibility rules in a specific Siebel Order and gets back the eligibility result?

My thoughts are that it is not possible as the E&C rules are invoked when the Product is added to the Order. Is my thinking correct or is it possible to invoke the E&C rules again for an order and see the results?
