HW Deployment architcture for SDP

 Hello-
Does anyone have an example of a HW architecture for an OCSB deployment for 20M subscribers?
I am interested in HW type, OS, Cluster framework, RAC instances and RDBMS instances.

Bonus:The ideal situation would be to see this type of detail with a BRM deployment.
