Accrual Dollars based on accrued hours

 We currently accrue PTO dollars based on a PTO table containing rate by date range.  We would like to set up the accrual dollars to calculate off the accrued hours so that accural dollars self adjust if accrued hours are overridden.

Any help you can give will be much appreciated.
