11g Agent along with 10g Agent

Hi DBAs,
Can I install 11g OEM Agent along with 10g OEM Agent running fine?
Can both of these agents can run together without any conflicts?

10g Agent will communicate with 10g OEM Server which is at the different server.

I am going to build a new 11g OEM Server on the different Server other then the OEM 10g Server.
The Server on which DBs are there they already have 10g agent running.

I want to install 11g agent also along with that and do not want to touch the 10g functionality.

Will it be possible?
