Siebel 8.0.0.8 eMedia integration with Interactive Dialer from the CIC Suite (www.inin.com)

 Hi, I wonder if anyone has experience using Siebel eMedia 8.0.0.8 with the Interactive Dialer from the CIC suite.

This solution has its own internet browser called Interactive Scripter, as far as I know its intention is to open up any Campaign web resource and use internal functions to take control via DOM over the Campaign objects to create a CTI environment.

Traditionally the CTI integration is done on server level by a driver from the CTI provider.

However, having conversations with CIC representatives, it seems that the Interactive Dialer does not use the CIC CTI interfaces and requires the Campaign screen from Siebel to be ran in its own internet browser environment.
