REQAPPRV ERROR

Hi Apps Guru,

Can anybody help us, When we will get the following error in REQAPPRV workflow, while submit requisition for approval

Subject: Action Required: Document Manager Failed With Error Number 3 while processing Purchase Requisition 114223

The Document Manager failed with error number 3.

Error Number 3 = Unknown Error.
Contact your system administrator.

The following error message I am seeing in Workflow Administrator responsibility in Activity

Failed Activity : Does Approver Have Authority?

Activity type     : Function

Error Message  : User-Defined Exception

Error Stack:      :  WF_Engine_Util.function_call (PO_REQAPPROVAL_ACTION.VERIFY_AUTHORITY)
