Project specific Cost Group

Hi,
We are using Project Manufacturing to assign different cost group for different projects.But when we go ahead raising a PO for the Project the charge account on PO is coming from Inventory Org and not Project Cost group.

How is the inventory valuation maintained at Project level when charge account is coming default from Inv Org ?
