Attempting to clone a running database. Getting a "The specified directory (.../oracle/product/8.1.

 I'm trying to clone (Grid Control 10.2.0.5) a database running 8.1.7.4 on a Tru64 server to another 8.1.7.4 Tru64 server.  Both systems are OSF 5.1B. 

When configuring the target server I'm getting the "The specified directory (.../oracle/product/8.1.7.4) is not a valid Oracle Home.".  

The value specified is the ORACLE_HOME for the server.  

What does it take to define a directory to make it an "ORACLE_HOME"?
