Creating a STANDARD type LOV in a custom WebADI (11.5.10.2)

Is there a way to create a STANDARD type LOV in a custom WebADI integrator? We are on 11.5.10.2. It appears that there is an API in bne_integrator_utils for Rel. 12. The only LOV I was able to create is a POPLIST type. I would like to create a Calendear LOV as well.
