Help required on error - ORA-20001: APP-FND-01728

I have made a new order transaction type, Defined the document sequence and assigned the document sequences.

While making a new Sales order, I tried to assign this transaction type to the SO and the following error was displayed

ORA-20001: APP-FND-01728: An assignment does not exist for these parameters

Please suggest a remedy for the same.
