11i to R12 , Pre-Upgrade Task Issue

Hi,

We have an EBS env. on 11.5.10.2 with DB 10.2.0.4 and we are targeting it to upgrade it to R12.1.2 and DB 11.2.0.1

As per Upgrade PDF, we can lay down R12 Application filesystem few days before starting downtime as pre-upgrade activity.

With keeping this mind, today I started laying down R12.1.1 Filesystem .    Upgrade Downtime  window is planned after 3 days. While running rapidwiz , I choose Upgrade FileSystem option and entered port, Server and services details. After this it started installing R12 tree alongwith 11g R1 RDBMS. After installation completed successfully, I checked my 11i enviorment and was not able to open forms through ICX and through dev60cgi/f60cgi.During analysis I found that Rapidwiz ran Autoconfig internally and updated Application Database ID profile from <CONTEXT_NAME> to <SID>.And also set App Server authentication to SECURE which actually was set to OFF before running rapidwiz.After turning OFF authentication
