Deleting CRM Calendar Entries
I am having trouble finding a setting to give CRM users access to delete their CRM calendar entries.
After installing PIM Sync and initiating the first sync etc, users were complaining that they can not delete calendar entries within CRM.
This also includes entries created within CRM.....they can not be deleted.
I am sure this is a security setting but I can not find anything under 'Role Management' or 'User Profiles' for example.
I have full admin access so I do have access to delete calendar entries, but can not find a setting to mirror that.....
The solution is probably starring me straight in the face but it's still frustrating the **** out of me.....
