Issue tracking activity

 Hy,
I have a warehouse that is working with two branch/plants (factories) within the same company. The warehouse is defined as a business unit. Inside the warehouse, I would also like to have an image about the activity with each branch/plant separately. I thought the posibility to define accounts with the subsidiary segment for the two branches or to use the subledger accounting. If someone had this situation, maybe can give me a  suggestion.
