Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to make 'Sales Order's Reference' as REQUIRED, while creating RMA

Hi,

Customer needs that Reference (Sales Order Number, Line Numer etc.) must be entered by the user while creating RMA.

How can that be achieved without form persononalization? Which profile option can do that?
