Tax rule change in Oracle R12 Version 12.1.2

 Hi,

We have recently upgraded to Oracle R12 Version 12.1.2.

Previously we were on Oracle R12 Version 12.0.6

Some of my rules that were working fine in Oracle 12.0.6 now dont work in Oracle 12.1.2

Here is an example:

Geography        Ship To       Country         Not Equal To Determining Factor Set       Ship To Country

This is when the Ship To country is blank on a transaction.

Has anyone experienced this and found a solution ?
