Installing EBS on OEL 5

Hi Guys
Trying to install EBS with Vision on a OEL 32 bit server.  Rapid Install wizard looks to be working after getting everything staged.  However I don't see anything working at all.  (even after all the green check boxes)  I'm following the docs that I've found, but realizing that I may be missing something.  Specifically I don;t seem to have env variables set for my oracle user.  Where are the docs for that?  I'm looking to comb my logs to see what's not working.  I've grepped for processes named oracle, but not seeing anything.
