change resolution to 1440x900

Hi,
i don't want to have a horizontal scrollbar in my application, thats why I want to change the resolution to 1440x 900.

Does someone have an idea?

Furthermore I want to change the color of the first theme: "1. simple red" into blue, I don't want to use another stylesheet like "builder blue", I just want to have a "simple blue".

My Apex version is 4.0.
