How long can take to upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1 ?

Hi, we are planning to upgrade from 11.5.10.2, database 11gR1 in Linux to 12.1 with the same DB version and platform. Can anybody give us a rough idea of how long can it takes, just the upgrade without testing of course?. We will use the upgrade method
